She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1983. She has been in private practice for over 35 (thirty- five) years. Her work experience covers being a counsel in the firm of M. A. Agbamuche (SAN) and service as State Counsel with the Federal Ministry of Justice, Legal Officer with the Public Complaints Commission, and a Partner with the legal firm of Obioha, Jude Idigbe & Co. before opting to establish the firm E. OSOKA & CO. in 1998.
She is a registered member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), the International Bar Association (IBA), the Maritime Arbitration Association of Nigeria (MAAN), an accredited Capital Market Consultant with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) as well as being accredited with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
She is head, corporate and commercial law.
