Mrs Elizabeth Osoka

Mrs. E. Osoka is the Managing Partner of E. Osoka & Co. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1983. With over 35 years of experience in private legal practice, she has built an impressive career distinguished by integrity, excellence, and dedication to the rule of law.

Her professional journey includes roles as Counsel at the firm of M. A. Agbamuche (SAN), State Counsel with the Federal Ministry of Justice, Legal Officer at the Public Complaints Commission, and Partner at Obioha, Jude Idigbe & Co. before founding E. Osoka & Co. in 1998.

Mrs. Osoka is a registered member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), the International Bar Association (IBA), and the Maritime Arbitration Association of Nigeria (MAAN). She is also an accredited Capital Market Consultant with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and accredited with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
