Renowned for his strategic insight and trusted counsel, he has provided advisory and litigation services to a broad spectrum of clients — including government agencies, multinational corporations, and high-net-worth individuals.
As the Managing Partner at Kingdom Chambers Legal Practitioners, Mr. Osoka leads a dynamic team of lawyers with expertise in dispute resolution and transactional law. His recent professional highlights include advising on a $40 million sustainable energy project, developing public-private partnership frameworks for infrastructure assets valued at over $400 million, and representing clients in multi-billion-naira civil and class-action suits.
Before establishing Kingdom Chambers, he served as a Partner at E. Osoka & Co. Legal Practitioners, where he handled complex, high-profile litigation involving major institutions such as the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON), the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). His practice covered capital market transactions, election petitions, and strategic risk advisory services.
Mr. Osoka began his legal career as an Associate at Rickey Tarfa (SAN) & Co. and Alliance Law Firm, where he honed his skills in litigation, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions. He also gained early exposure to the legal profession as a paralegal at Punuka Attorneys & Solicitors.
He holds an LL.M. from the University of Wales, Swansea, and an LL.B. from Cardiff University. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2006 after completing his training at the Nigerian Law School, Abuja.
Beyond legal practice, Mr. Osoka is deeply committed to public service and philanthropy. He serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations and currently chairs the Committee of We-Care Charity, a medical outreach initiative supporting underprivileged communities across Nigeria.
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Capital Market Solicitors Association, and the Maritime Arbitrators Association of Nigeria.
