Mr Tiwalade Aderoju

Mr. Tiwalade Aderoju is a results-driven legal professional and Partner at Kingdom Chambers, where he leads with a blend of experience, innovation, and strategic insight.

He earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and went on to obtain both a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wales Institute and a Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Commercial and Maritime Law from the University of Wales, Swansea. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2010.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Aderoju has worked with several distinguished legal practitioners, including Chief James Onoja (SAN), Paul C. Ananaba (SAN), and Doyin Rhodes-Vivour (SAN). His diverse background spans criminal and civil litigation, corporate advisory, and property law, giving him a versatile approach to complex legal issues.

At Kingdom Chambers, he provides clients with expert guidance on regulatory compliance, corporate due diligence, and real estate documentation, ensuring practical solutions that align with business and legal standards.

Mr. Aderoju is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). He currently oversees the firm’s Lagos Litigation Department, where he continues to champion excellence and integrity in legal practice.
